Choose the pass that fits your SwingLab Berlin experience. Event passes grant access to parties and competitions. You can buy Full Event Passes or Day Event Passes. To access workshops, you will need a Workshop Add-on.

Group Registration

Are you bringing your dance crew? Groups of 10+ dancers from the same city can register together and enjoy special benefits!

What counts as “same city?”

  • Same municipality (the city written on your address)
  • Dancers from neighboring towns within ~30 km are also welcome

Benefits for Groups

  • Guaranteed acceptance – no waiting list
  • 10% discount on each Event Pass (based on the price at group submission)
  • 1 free Event Pass for the group leader
  • Add-ons (workshops, intensives, competitions) not subject to discount

Group Requirements

  • Minimum 10 dancers
  • Dancers must come from the same city / ~30 km metro area
  • Group offer not available for Berlin
  • Groups must be balanced, or have more leaders/ambidancers than followers.
  • Ambidancers/Switchers must agree to try and lead/follow equally during parties, and help with role balance during workshops (counted as ½ leader for balance)
  • Only one open group per city allowed. Once the group has submitted their registration, a new group can be formed.
