Registration

Please read the following to ensure a smooth registration process.

Registration Process

• You can register as a solo dancer (leader, follower, or ambidancer) or with a partner.
• Ambidancers/Switchers must agree to try and lead/follow equally during parties, and help with role balance during workshops. They can only register solo and will be likely accepted.
• Solo leader registrations are likely to be accepted.
• Solo follower registrations might be subject to a waiting list, since we want to guarantee a balanced social dancing experience.
• If you are registering with a partner, please make sure both of you complete the form separately and choose each other’s names when asked. You will only receive a registration confirmation when both partners have registered. Ambidancers/Switch cannot register with a partner

Important Notes

• Registrations are binding once submitted.
• Partnered registrations will be prioritized and accepted immediately.
• You and your partner must choose the same Event pass type when registering.
• For group registrations, please send us an email.

Information Needed

• Full name and email address
• Your dance role (Leader, Follower, Ambidancer)
• Your WSDC number
• Partner’s first name and last name as written in their registration (if registering as a couple)
• Pass selection and optional add-ons (workshops, intensive, pre-party, competitions)
